2. Scope of Services
The Agency provides specialized legal services in intellectual property, including but not limited to: trademark registration, patents, industrial designs, copyright, IP portfolio management, opposition and responses to observations, and representation before competent authorities.
3. Agency's Obligations
- Delivering services with the professionalism and care customary in IP practice.
- Maintaining client information and document confidentiality.
- Informing the client of case developments in a timely manner.
- Complying with the statutory deadlines set by competent authorities.
4. Client's Obligations
- Providing accurate and complete information and documents.
- Paying the agreed fees on time.
- Notifying the Agency of any changes to contact details or the trademark.
- Not using the site or services for any unlawful activity.
5. Fees and Charges
Fees vary by service type, number of classes, target country, and complexity. Fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Official fees paid to government authorities are non-refundable in case of application rejection.
6. Website Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, logos, designs, images) is owned by the Agency and protected by Saudi and international IP laws. Copying or re-publishing without prior written consent is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
Information published on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute formal legal advice. The Agency is not liable for decisions made by visitors based on site content without formally retaining the Agency.
8. Force Majeure
The Agency is not responsible for any delay or breach resulting from causes beyond its control (natural disasters, government authority disruption, internet outages, etc.).
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with prior notice. Fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Competent Saudi courts in Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from their interpretation or application.
11. Amendments
The Agency may amend these terms at any time. Amendments are published on this page with the update date.
