The Legal Department is the backbone of our services. A team of legal advisors specialized in intellectual property handles all legal aspects of your files — from drafting contracts to arguing before courts.

Our Specializations

The department works across four main axes covering the complete lifecycle of a trademark: legal prevention, dispute handling, representation before authorities, and continuous client advisory.

1. Contract Drafting

Trademark license agreements, franchise contracts, ownership transfer agreements, coexistence agreements, and NDAs — all with precise drafting that protects client rights.

2. Representation Before Authorities

We represent you before the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, Ministry of Commerce, the Food & Drug Authority (for related matters), Customs, and Anti-Commercial Fraud.

3. Responses to Observations and Oppositions

Drafting robust responses highlighting the client's position strength, backed by statutory evidence and relevant precedents.

4. Civil and Criminal Litigation

Filing and pursuing cases before Saudi commercial and criminal courts, including appeals.
