Challenge
An unknown party registered a domain name similar to our client's mark aiming to sell it at a premium. The site displayed misleading content harming the brand's reputation.
Approach
We filed a UDRP complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center. We proved: bad-faith registration, no legitimate right of the registrant, and identity with our client's mark.
Outcome
The panel ordered transfer of the domain to our client within 60 days. The domain now belongs to the client and redirects visitors to the official site.
